    Szó szerint nekem sem küldtek ilyet, de eredményét sem láttam. Legutóbb 2 hónapja küldtem be replay-t. Küldetést riggeltek és buktuk el a csatát, mert az ellenfélnek kellett pattintania és nyernie (nem spotolva lőtték az is-7 tornyát a bokorban, majd megfordulva kapták tőle a lövéseket a seggükbe). 2-en jelentettük őket replay-jel, utána 3-4 hétig nézegettem a 3 delikvenst, minden nap játszottak és még a cset-en is aktívak voltak (a levélben 1 nap chat bantól 7 nap felfüggesztésig hitegettek retorzióval).

To use this system simply press ctrl right click on the person's name and select complaint and then "unfair behaviour" for example. Rest assured that the system always takes the appropriate measures against them so that they don't do it again. Also, this tool takes into account if somebody is doing this all the time and the measures taken will become more and more severe.

    We will investigate your report and take all necessary actions to the player once found guilty but please understand that we are unable to provide any information regarding the investigation process.

    In the effort to keep a friendly game environment, our teams are taking measures against the non-respect of our game rules with sanctions between 1 day chat ban and 7 days game suspension. In unique situations, our team will sanction with a permanent chat or game ban depending on the player’s history. Due to our Privacy Policies, we cannot disclose the nature of the exact actions taken against other player’s accounts. However, I can assure you that the right actions were taken based on the report you sent us
