  Thank you for your ticket, I'm sorry that I could not speak to you while you were online but I hope this message answers the question you sent us about the Armored Bloodwing you bought in-game.

  I'm really sorry to hear that you lost your gold in a trade for the Mount and we will investigate the matter and take the appropriate action against the person who you traded, alongside removing any gold or items that you traded to them. However you should be aware that buying anything from our store (Gamecard, Pet, Mount or anything else) or a Trading Card Code is something we do NOT allow in World of Warcraft.

  In these cases we sadly cannot refund any money or items you lost as you should only be buying official Items from our Online Store or verified Retail Stockist... not from some random player in-game for gold. These people are usually hackers who have obtained the codes illegally.

  While we do realize not everyone wants to spend real money on our codes for various reasons this is just how it works; Real Money pays for things like this... not gold. If codes are being offered for gold or items then it is not legal and should be reported to us via the right-click "Report Player" feature we put into the game.

  I hope this has explained everything you needed to know about buying our Official Items. If you see people advertising Store Items or other codes in-game please report them to us using the method I said above and we will then take the appropriate actions.
